Processing Time



  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:


  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (may vary by country)

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or customs.


Order Tracking



  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Shipping Addresses



  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.
  • PROJECTOFP is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages



  • PROJECTOFP is not responsible for packages once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier errors.



International Customs & Duties



  • International customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
  • PROJECTOFP is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.






Order Changes & Cancellations



  • Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
